Current State: The industrial loan lifecycle is inherently complex, involving over 12 distinct stages—from Initial Loan Request (ILR) to Disbursement and Closure. Currently, the client portal simply "digitizes" these steps without "optimizing" the user experience.

The UX Gap: TBD - To be identified through stakeholder interviews, analytics review, and support ticket analysis during Phase 1 Discovery & Research.


Project Scope & Boundaries

IMPORTANT: The SIDF ecosystem consists of two primary systems:

  1. Client Portal - External-facing platform for industrial investors (our redesign scope)
  2. Tamkeen Plus - Internal system for SIDF staff (out of scope)

This project focuses exclusively on enhancing the Client Portal user experience. Internal workflows in Tamkeen Plus are outside our scope.
